The ceremony was graced by the esteemed presence of the Emir of Sabon Gari, representative of the Chairman of Keffi LGA and the Registrar of the Optometrists and Dispensing Opticians Registration Board Dr Obinna Edwin Awiaka, who not only officially inducted the graduates but also delivered a truly captivating speech.
