Good day, dear students of the Epidemiology and Disease Control Department of Nasarawa State College of Health Science & Technology Keffi. I am honored to welcome you to this new Department as the Head of the Department. You have chosen a noble and challenging field of study, one that is vital for the health and well-being of our society. Epidemiology and disease control are at the forefront of public health, especially in these times of global pandemics and emerging infections. You will learn the skills and knowledge to prevent, monitor, and respond to diseases that affect millions of lives around the world. You will also have the opportunity to conduct research, collaborate with other professionals, and apply your learning in real-world settings.
