PRELIM 2023

We Strive for Excellence

The Nasarawa State College of Health Science & Technology (NASCOHSTK) has commenced preliminary examinations for the 2022/2023 academic session. The examinations are designed to serve as a weeding-out process, with students who fail being dropped from the program and those who pass being indexed with their respective regulatory bodies.

Purpose of the Preliminary Examinations

The preliminary examinations are designed to assess students’ readiness for the rigors of the NASCOHSTK’s health science and technology programs. The examinations cover a wide range of subjects, including Mathematics, English language, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Anatomy, Physiology, and other relatable courses.

Importance of the Preliminary Examinations

The preliminary examinations are an important step in ensuring that only the most qualified students are able to graduate from Nasarawa State College of Health Science & Technology Keffi (NASCOHSTK). By weeding out students who are not prepared for the program, the College is able to maintain the high quality of its graduates.

Next Steps for Students

Students who pass the preliminary examinations will be indexed with their respective regulatory bodies. This means that they will be eligible to take the national certification examination, which is required to practice their chosen profession.

NASCOHSTK is Committed to Excellence

NASCOHSTK is committed to providing its students with the highest quality education possible. The preliminary examinations are just one of the ways that NASCOHSTK ensures that its graduates are well-prepared for the challenges of the healthcare field.

We are confident that our graduates will make a positive impact on the world.
